LMM is a transformational spiritual journey of womanhood and feminine mastery which helps young women overcome society induced health issues and harmful societal norms so they can self-actualize to navigate life with confidence as the truest form of themselves.

We will create the setting so bleeding can be magical, spiritual and fun for them.

During this course we will create magic! We will have discussions and do projects involving emotions, chakras, crystals, alters, rituals, vulva, womb, moon and more! There are fun crafts and projects for moms and daughters alike. You could do them together or you can both do them separately depending on the project and your relationship. There are conversation question starters and helpful resources for entering womanhood.

Backstory on birthing this course and why it is important

Where do I begin? Ancient and modern women are collaborative and communal left to ourselves. Society has confused us and puts pressure on what women “should” look like and encourages a damaging competitive vibe… especially in middle and high school. There is also unnecessary shame and guilt placed on young girls about their cycle when in reality it is a sign of the power of creation!

I have been guided to lead young women into knowing and understanding their magick. There is a reason women were burned at the stake and why men were scared of us and sought to make us less than men. Men are still baffled by our emotions and intuitive knowing, especially through the whole process of creating life, nurturing it, birth and beyond. Women power comes from this supernatural ability to create life which comes with a monthly cleanse.

Times are changing, language is evolving and truth is being revealed. You are not better if you are white and you are not better if you are male. In educating our daughters on the lost truths and the current cultural shift we can help birth a new generation of empowered, confident young girls with the self-respect and boundaries to use their energy for the benefit of all. We will save the planet and part of our dharma as a mom is teaching our daughters be the most empowered version of themselves.
